• นักศึกษาที่กำลังจบการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัย และไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์การการทำงานมาก่อน
• จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ทางด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ทุกภาควิชา, มัลติมีเดีย หรือทางคณิตศาสตร์ประยุกต์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดของงานที่ทำสูง
• มีความถนัดในการวิเคราะห์ภาพต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองการเคลื่อนไหว
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถเป็นผู้นำที่ดีได้
• สามารถบริหารเวลา และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• เป็น Team Player ซึ่งไม่ลังเลที่จะหารือภายในทีม เมื่อพบความบกพร่องของ ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในทีมของตน
