• มีประสบการณ์การใช้ 3d-rig ใน Autodesk Maya หรือ Software ประเภทเดียวกัน

• มีทักษะในการทดลองและปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการแก้ปัญหาใหม่ๆ เพื่อให้สามารถทำงานสำเร็จได้ภายในเวลาที่จำกัด (Managed Experimentation) 

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และใส่ใจรายละเอียด 

• พร้อม และตั้งใจที่จะเพิ่มทักษะ รวมทั้งศักยภาพของตนเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา 

• เป็น Team Player ซึ่งไม่ลังเลที่จะหารือภายในทีม เมื่อพบความบกพร่องของประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในทีมของตน
