- To handle customer service for appointed customers in co-operation with customers / overseas office and inter office to follow up import export shipments

- To cooperate with operation freight / customer service / customer clearance department in solving daily operational problems of assigned customers and report status to customer

- To handle existing customers and service newly acquired customers including develop additional business from existing customer

- To attend montly or bi-monthly management meeting with assigned customers

- To prepare quotation for any rate inquiry from customers / overseas customers / LS overseas office / agents

- To maintain customer relations of existing customers for utmost satisfaction

- Any special project assignment by manager customer service&local key account / Director freight forwarding

- Female age between 23-30 years old

- Bechelor Degree in Marketing,ฺBusiness Administration or any realated fields.

- Exp 2-3 years sales or customer service in freight forwarding,customs clearance,import/export logistics or other related businesses.

- Good negotiation skill with good human relationship

- Good computer skill Ms.Office

- Good command spoken and written english skills

- Excellent customer service mind

- Able to work under pressure
