• To assist Overseas Purchasing Deputy Manager as assigned works.
• Responsible for all Overseas Purchasing functions  : Procurement / Sourcing /Negotiation fundtions ( for group of companies) for all kinds of Materials, assessories etc..as per the requirement and approved PR. as well as the Special projects.
• Responsible for correspondence with overseas suppliers by email. and telephone.including manage some special jobs with local suppliers.
• Control / Maintain smooth operation / continuity of supplies/services from the approved suppliers at the most standard/required quality,on Time delivery,reasonable pricing and terms.
• To make Report and / or other jobs related to Overseas Purchasing Data -assigned by Manager/ or Deputy Manager.

• Bachalor's Degree of Basiness Administration , Art in English ,Chinese
• At least  1-3 years Experience  in field of Overseas Sourcing
• Excellent English communication . Good attitude on working
• Strong computer. analytical and presentation skills.
