Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and inspection of documents, preparing internal records, meeting reports and presenting directly to supervisors.
• Able to check details with summary report of withdrawal - pay project costs.
• Able to make documents, notes, presentations, supervisors or meeting records as well.
• Perform duties to make various reports in the project (expenses, work plans).
• Strictly supervise and inspect documents according to company regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments both inside and outside of the company.
• Control and supervise in facilitating new employees.
• Solve problems and be able to clarify various matters About job duties as well.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Marketing Or related.
• Able to use computers, computer programs, network systems, database systems Skillfully
• Knowledge of network system and SQL database.
• Good installation, maintenance and maintenance of hard ware and software.
• Love to learn, work as a team.
• Experience in Helpdesk, IT Support will be an advantage.
