Job Description :

• Analyze and prioritize critical findings (focus areas) to improve business operations with practical and measurable solutions.
• Design To-be solutions based on agreed objectives and requirements to create or revise business workflows and policies.
• Achieve project s timeline and all key milestones as planned.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders regarding project issues.
• Update project progress on regular basis, including any critical issues to the related stakeholders
• Conduct periodic monitoring as planned after implementation by Business Unit.
• Assess key business processes after deployment for a period of time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, study and analyze gaps for improvement.
• Identify the improvement all areas in the organization.
• Map current processes and control systems.
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop new processes, modify existing processes and control systems.
• Analyzes cost and benefit justification for the initiated projects and develop a project proposal for management approval.
• Identify Process Improvement, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency.
• Implement the agreed solutions along with operations team in a time bound manner.
• Attend weekly, monthly review meeting to drive improvements of identified KPI.
• Daily performance review to drive performance and to facilitate the coordination between different functions to resolve any issues which may affect the performance of the organization.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree or Master in Information Technology or related fields.
• Well experienced in operational excellence and process improvement concept and procedures.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-motivated.
• Good command of English.
• Have experience in the field of Process Improvement, Project Management , business process improvement or related field.
