2. Gather and fully understand customer’s requirement and expectation, communicate and feedback to supervisor as well as headquarter. Follow up until the customer is satisfied with the result.
3. Make sure an improvement has been implemented properly.
4. Product and services optimization.
5. Progress and status reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 1~4 years experience in
• Have a good skill in linux, windows OS
• Have experience in server and storage.
• excellent problem solving skill, interpersonal skill, presentation skill & good customer orientation

Language:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Good communication capabilities and pro-activeness are preferred

Understanding of at least one of the following technologies is preferred:

• IP Networking, Switching and Server Technologies
• Virtualization
• Cloud Computing Technologies
• Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, Hypervisor, KVM, OpenStack, Xen…etc
• Windows 7/8, Windows Server Technologies
• Cloud Service Architecture
• Cloud Storage & Backup Solutions
