Job Summary:

Creative leader who will be responsible for designing and delivering world class projects around South East Asia for our international clients. We are looking for a proactive candidate who will be responsible for the design and coordination of multiple Interior Design Projects in South East Asia from concept to construction. Good command in English is required.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration.
• Create main Concept and Design Development of the Interior Design.
• Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams.
• Manage project timeline, deliverables and resources.
• Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture and equipment for latest information.
• Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high quality spaces.
• Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards.
• Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project.

Candidate qualification:

• Male / Female. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design/Architecture or related fields.
• 3-5 years’ experience for Interior Designer in International projects or large scale commercial developments.
• Strong sketching and hand drawing skills.
• Advanced computer design skills. Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Illustrator. Parametric design, 3D Modelling & Rendering, Revit or Rhino skills are an advantage
• Tracking latest design trends and passion for design quality and excellence.
• Knowledgeable in latest world innovations and happenings in design industry.
• Luxury Hospitality, High End Residential and Retail preferred.
• Good knowledge of materials, specs and construction detailing.
• Strong leadership, self-organization and coordination skills. High integrity, problem solving and initiative.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
