 What will you be experiencing at Colgate-Palmolive

Production Trainee Program is a 7 months program focusing on developing both functional and leadership competencies. You will be exposed to multiple roles in diverse functions at our Bangpakong Global Manufacturing Site (Located in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Chonburi). This program will provide continuous coaching sessions that can develop your strengths by working closely with senior management team.

 Who are we looking for?

•  A Bachelor or Master degree holder in the following area:
•  Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electronic,     Mechatronic, Automation.
•  Science: Chemical.
• 0 – 3 years’ experience.
• Minimum GPA: 2.70 (For Bachelor of Engineer and Bachelor of Science).
• Able to communicate in English: Minimum TOEIC Score: 450 (Valid result).
