1.ดูแลรับผิดชอบและวางแผนงานการก่อสร้างที่รับผิดชอบให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนงานเพื่อส่งมอบต่อผู้ว่าจ้าง
2.ควบคุมงานโครงการให้ได้คุณภาพ และให้เสร็จตามกำหนดเวลาในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้
3.กำกับดูแล ทบทวนตรวจสอบ ติดตามผลงานของ PE, OE, Safety, Site Admin, Store, ผู้รับเหมาย่อย เพื่อประเมินผลการปฏิบ้ติหน้าที่อย่างสม่ำเสมอ และหากไม่เป็นไปตามแผนงานให้ดำเนินการแจ้งและปรับปรุงแก้ไขทันที
4.ดูแลรับผิดชอบควบคุมเครื่องมือวัด และความปลอดภัยในโครงการ
5.ลงนามและออกเอกสารของโครงการในนามบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายและหรือระบุในขอบเขตงาน
6.จัดประชุมประจำสัปดาห์-ประจำเดือนกับผู้ว่าจ้าง,ดำเนินการจัดทำ/ตรวจสอบแผนงานประจำเดือน ประจำไตรมาสของโครงการ

Despite our achievement, we continue to develop and, in October of 2008, launch our new 2nd office, Support & Service Center, on a 17.5-rai land in Buddhamonthon Sai 7, Nakhon Prathom province, with an approximate total investment of 200 Million Baht.
