Responsibilities

• Prepare yearly training budget and monitoring.
• Prepare training needs survey, prepare training both in-house Training and Public Training and keep training record updated.
• Organize and arrange both the In-house and Public training classes based on the training year plan and submit report to “Labor Skill Development” comply with law requirement.
• Conduct the project concerning organization development such as talent management, IDP, training road map and others.

Qualification

• Male or Female, Age not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree or higher in HR management, Political Science, Business Administration, HRD, OD or relate field.
• Over 7 years of experience in training or HRD if experience in manufacturing will be advantage
• Good knowledge of HR tools & processes.
• Be proactive, positive attitude, be creative, able to  work under pressure and enjoy to work with team.
• Good command of English communication and strong leadership and interpersonal skill

Crown Seal Public Company Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of Crown caps, Pilfer-Proof caps, Maxi-Crown, Maxi-Cap, Maxi-P and Plastic caps used as bottling and container seals for products namely carbonated drinks, milk, beer, liquor, soda, drinking water and medical supplies including the hand-held capping machine and Maxi-Cap sealing machine.
