1) Day Shift 8.00 -17.00
2) Night Shift 20.00 -05.00
Work at customer's Factory at Bangna-trad KM 22 , Has private car or can live nearby work place.
Responsibility in own task. Active personality.
Salary : while trial 28,500 THB, after probation 35,000 THB (119 Days)
After trial for several months, candidate will be evaluated the skill and promoted as the result of the evaluation.
Job Descriptions :
Provide and lead for incident management process.
Handle on the entire incident management process.
Track incidents and escalate to others from service desk.
Prepare an incident report for management.
Ensure efficient flow of incidents through service desk (Tier1/ Tier2).
Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant service level agreements where other groups are needed to resolve a single service desk incident.
Communicate and coordinate IT-related issues and activities between IT services and business end-users.
Thai nationality
25-35 year old.
Bachelor’s or Higher degree in Computer Science or IT related fields.
2-4 years experiences of incident/problem management. (automotive environment will be an advantage)
Proven effective communication skills, such as English communication with multiple levels of an organization.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset, high self discipline.
High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Proactive, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
English Reading and writing.
General understanding of diverse technologies (i.e. windows server, SQL server , networking, peripheral device).
