Job Description

• Work closely with the sales team, and provide technical consultancy to clients, focusing on IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, security, virtualization, cloud and other emerging technologies, etc.
• Responsible for understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide system integrated design and implementation solutions to clients
• Able to carry out functions in solution offering (term of requirements, proposal, demo, presentation, etc.) including preparing technical specification and creating proposal in response to RFP and TOR.

• Ensure project smooth transition into detailed design, implementation, and solution realization.

• Introduce new technology & IT solutions to help customer improve work process.
• Manage projects and effectively resolve customer issues.

• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Develop strong relationships with counterpart sales team, solution provider & partners.

Qualification

The successful candidates should have the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields.
• Attention to details
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation and setting up
• Windows Server and Linux operating system background
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• High ability to learn new technology
• Basic English Communication skills

• Knowledge/ Experience in some of IT related area below is advantage
  • Network infrastructure or Network communication technology 
  • Server, storage, and backup solution
  • Virtualization technology
  • IT security technology
  • Datacenter solution and facility technology
  • Software solution, monitoring tool, ERP solution
