ในฐานะ Junior Software Engineer น้องๆ จะได้เข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในทีม Agile Development รับผิดชอบตั้งแต่ Core Banking ไปจนถึง Mobile Banking ในการ Release Applications ทั้งยังได้ร่วมงานกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและคู่ค้าชั้นนำของเราอีกด้วย

          นอกเหนือจากการเขียนโปรแกรมได้ดีและทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์แล้ว ผู้ที่ได้รับเลือกจะต้องทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเรียนรู้และมีความใฝ่ฝันที่จะเป็น Full-stack developer ใน Agile environment

          Software Engineer ซึ่งอยู่ในกลุ่มงาน “Technical” เหมาะกับน้องๆ ที่จบทางด้าน Technical เป็นหลัก เช่น Engineer, Information and Technology หรือ Computer Science เป็นต้น หากน้องๆ ไม่ได้จบสาย Technical แต่มีความสนใจในกลุ่มงานนี้ น้องๆ ก็สามารถสมัครได้เช่นกัน
