Collaborate with all stakeholder for gathering and analysis of business requirements
Exercise the appropriate process-mapping and design framework to translate & organize the business requirements into structured functional specification and system design
Structure the information and specifications to work with developer by Business Process Flow, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Requirement Specification(SRS), System Design Specification (SDS) and UX/UI
Engage in testing team to ensure that all test requirements such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UAT and etc. has been defined, delivered and qualified
Analyze cause and way to resolve user problem that occur in production system
Develops and enforces standards, procedures and guidelines to establish the operational framework and other foundation needs for consistently and effectively digital transformation Continually improve quality and build the effective data structures for the analysis purpose by SDLC
Analyze customer insights, producing analyses and ad-hoc data requests and reports to support marketing initiatives and managements
Find out way of technology for brand new software development and apply in work

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related fields
5+ years in IT Business Analyst and Quality Assurance experience required
Experience in process mapping, data analysis and identify solutions
Good verbal communication, able to interpret a user requirements and communicate it in technical term with internal IT and external Consultant
Systematic thinking, Analysis and Problem solving skill required
Experience in this kind of software development methodologies; AGILE, SCRUM, and mobile application will be advantage
Experience in the business of Oil, Retail and F&B will be advantage
Experience in Testing such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UAT and etc.
Should have programming experience and hands-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Good Background in Database design in Oracle, Microsoft SQL and MySql
Knowledge and experience in system analysis and co-ordinator with IT
Strong Decision Making, Proactive and Leadership skill
Self-motivated, smart working, strong analytical & problem solving skill
Fast learner and a self-starter in learning/developing new skill
