As a BI & Analytics Specialist, your main responsibilities will be about working to augment our decision making effort. Not just creating reports or dashboards, but you’ll also take responsibility for making sure that our teams use data effectively and efficiently. Guiding us with best practices and your specialized knowledge on the matter of utilizing data. Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with other BUs, visualizing & using data to drive efficiency of the organization.
• Know all of the data we have and use this knowledge as a leverage to optimize our BI & Analytics effort.
• Identify business users’ needs involving data, could be new or alternative data sources, or enriched old ones.
• Take ownership of our data management strategy & effort.
• Be an icon in your domain. Establish best practices and help others understand it.
• Consult other teams with your expertise to help with their struggles.

• Exceptional skills in data analysis & visualization (You will be tested).
• Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Engineering or related field.
