As part of the Information Technologies division, you will be responsible for IT support roles. Acting as a key point of contact for all IT and technical queries. You will be the key man in branch opening by setting up all related accessories i.e. PC, hardware and software installation, CCTV, Printer, and all related network setup.
You must have basic LAN, Wireless LAN troubleshooting knowledge. When our branches have IT problem issues you will be assigned to diagnose and troubleshoot fast by visiting on-site or remote support via remote desktop or call. Apart from that, in the head office, you will be assigned to manage all related IT Support tasks if required. Our company uses Microsoft Windows 10 and Google Business platform, so if you are familiar with it would be a plus.
