The Platform Support role for us will be a service function. Your main responsibility is to make sure that our users have the best experience. This means timely help & support with a service mindset, consulting with regards to the platform you are specialized in. You’ll work in an agile environment where each problem will be tackled in impact based considerations. You’ll get a chance to expand your knowledge and area of expertise to more than just any one platform when you’re ready. The future of this function will be an all round platform support with a significantly wider range of knowledge and skill compared to a traditional support function. The better you are with the supporting function, the further back you’ll be in the support tier. In the end, you’ll be more of a functional support providing knowledge and devising short & long term solutions to support agents.
