We are building a solution experience team, adopting modern tools and new ways of working as we place importance on user experience. On the journey, you will be part of a squad of scrum teams (Product owner, developers, QAs) to create valuable outcomes - from ideas to reality.
We strongly believe that everyone in Solution experience teams acts as an expert in their specialty who knows best what should be brought to life.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and the scrum team.
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for users.
- Able to work with frontend developers to create cutting-edge designs.
- Understand and communicate the design to stakeholders of all levels and manage feedback effectively.
- Bring complex products to life through maps, dashboards, user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
- Know the best of your digital products in your hands, staying up to date on the latest designs and technology trends.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Media arts, or any related fields.
- 1-3 years experience of working as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or other relevant position.
- Deep understanding of UI design principles.
- Working knowledge of design, rapid prototyping, and usability testing tools i.e. Figma, Sketch, InVision, DrawIO, Mockflow, Balsamiq, Abstract, Zeplin, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work under pressure.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and the use of various JavaScript frameworks in interface design.

Ngernturbo is a new consumer finance startup, established in late 2017, currently with 650 branches.
