At NTBX, UX plays a vital role in enabling us to serve our users better by turning our software into practical products for them to use. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and business understanding.

Job Responsibilities 

• Plan, construct and evaluate research and insights into design concepts that illustrate simplicity for users despite other complexity.
• Comfortable with leading, communicating, and accepting feedback.
• Illustrate design ideas using journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback to identify user needs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams that include other designers, front-end and back-end developers, project leaders, and others to ensure development adheres to UX design vision and best experience for users.
• Able to understand and interpret data from analytic tools is a plus (Data-oriented).
• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Media arts or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research supporting product development, such as UX, design research, or customer insight.
• Deep understanding of UI design principles.
• Working knowledge of design, rapid prototyping, and usability testing tools i.e. Figma, Sketch, InVision, DrawIO, Mockflow, Balsamiq, Abstract, Zeplin, etc.
• Strong communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and how they are done.
