Job Description

• To investigate the product quality report (PQR) from field claim
• To cooperate with Quality Information Management (MMC-QIM) via Quality Management System (QMS) to gather the field information from distributors/dealers/customers.
• To inform field information to concerned divisions via Quality Information Pool (QIP) to investigate MMTh production process/supplier process and countermeasure.
• To cooperate and analyze the problem with concerned divisions (Production, QC, RandD, etc.)
• To collect the investigation result and countermeasure from concerned divisions and summarize to MMC-QIM.
• To follow investigation result and countermeasure reply from concerned division by set ICR (Investigation and Countermeasure Request) weekly meeting.
• To follow major field problems with MMC-QIM by setting FQM (Field Quality Meeting) by weekly
• To manage and report the major field problem in HANTEIKAI (Quality Judgment Meeting )
• To manage and report the major field problem in Campaign Committee Meeting
• To follow concern division to maintain the countermeasure in MMTh production process/supplier process
• Environmental management operation by following the standard of ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 and standard of safety
  

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Automotive Engineering
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
• Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
