รายละเอียดของงาน
- Execute service jobs according to the job execution procedure. The service jobs can be either the jobs performed at the customer site like commissioning, troubleshooting /repair, calibration, training etc. or the jobs performed in the workshop like repair, calibration etc.
- Provide telephone technical support for customers as required.
- Handle any other jobs or responsibilities which may be additionally assigned by the superior.
- Learn and update technical knowledge regularly to ensure up to date knowledge on the products.
- Participate service training and obtain certificates in order to get qualified for the position.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality.
- Male or female aged 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical,Electronics or related field.
- 0-5 years experiences in service or maintenance of process instrumentation.
- Having experience on quality management system will be an advantage.
- Good Technical Knowledge skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers.
