1. Initiate Backend test program for NPI.
2. Enhance Backend test program for quality & capacity improvement.
3. Coordinate with Product Engineer to resolve test program problems.
4. Identify and solve yield/quality problems that might be related to test Program.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
2. 3-5 years of work experience in test program development.
3. Knowledge of C, C++ language.
4. Must be able to interface with floor personnel and provide clear direction/training.
5. Good presentation skill.
6. Good in English Language - Reading, Written and Spoken.
