Responsibilities

To perform as per assignment in 3 Functions
Check in Service Function
• Perform check-in procedure for BFS customer airlines, including baggage Service check for both domestic and international flights. Assist and provide flight information to passengers.
Lost and Found Baggage Service Function
• Perform Baggage Service (Lost and Found) for BFS customer, including Baggage tracing, Damage and baggage delivery.
Premium Meet and Assist Service Function
• Provide Premium Service to VIP Passenger, including Arrival, Departure and additional Service according to passenger requirement.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and standard of both BFS and customer airlines

Qualifications

• Male or Female, Age 22-30 years old (For male must pass military service)
• Experience in airlines or airport handling is a plus and also welcome Fresh Graduate
• Good English Communication skill. Additional language would be an advantage.
• Good computer knowledge
• Able to work on shift pattern
