Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide technical IT support to maintain and optimize day-to-day operational efficiency at multiple customer sites including:
• General IT system administration
• Infrastructure Management
• Network Connectivity
• Troubleshooting of standard applications and hardware malfunctions
• Reporting and Documenting
• Telephone/Remote Support
• Research and Develop best Solutions for Customers
• Monitoring, Controlling, Analyzing, and Reporting of all issues on-site
• Adhere to approved IT Guideline, Standards and Policies
• Ensure highest quality of IT support to customers

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer related field
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• 0 - 5 Years’ experience in IT Infrastructure support
• Experience in implementing or support infrastructure enterprise solutions (Backup Exec, NetBackup, CommVault and Veeam etc.)
• Experience in support of system infrastructure such as server, storage, network etc.
• Knowledge of client/server operating system, application and database on Linux, Unix and Microsoft based environment.
• Symantec Backup Exec or Symantec NetBackup, CommVault Certification, Veeam is a Plus
• Good in English communication
• Good Troubleshooting and analytical skills
