• Project Management by communicate and coordinate engineer team and related person.
• Support team with basic technical knowledge in IT: Network (Cisco or any other brand) LAN/WAN, Internet and Network security etc.
• Troubleshoot every case and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs.
• Presales for SI Solution (Network)

• Male / Female age 23 - 28 years old.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering , Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
• Experiences more than 1 years in network engineer.
• Basic skill of Cisco / HP Network / Fortinet / Juniper.
• Basic routing protocols, IT security standards protocols.
• Having skill in Implementation support function, LAN/WAN Technology, Network Equipment, TCP/IP, IP Telephony.
• Having skill in Design Solution in Network fields.
• Having Cisco Unified Communications knowledge will be advantage.
• Cisco Certification is preferable (CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, CCDP)
• Good command in English.
