Explore Management Trainee program is JTI’s regional talent development scheme, designed to provide young professionals in Asia Pacific a fast-track and unique international experience as well as career advancement opportunity. Each year, markets select, train and develop some of the region’s brightest and most highly motivated trainees and help them build functional expertise and develop a broad business perspective with multicultural awareness, preparing them to quickly grow into more senior roles within JTI. Job openings can be either Marketing & Sales, Finance or Human Resource : they vary by year and can be in participating locations.

Extended over 2 years, participants complete 3 rotational assignments in 3 JTI locations within Asia Pacific region. Over the course of 2 years, you will be uniquely equipped with illustrious portfolio of responsibilities across borders with support from senior managers who have your professional development in their critical business agenda.

• Adventurous and motivated young professionals who are looking for a challenging career
• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. A Master's degree is a plus
• Has no more than 2 years of full time working experience
• Great communication skills and fluency in Enlish ( both spoken and written )
