Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product categories performance of Makro. Identify weakness of each category by Market Data
- To develop and deliver a program of analysis which including analysis internal and external data such as market and global information.
- Join business overview with commercial team.
- Meeting with commercial by monthly basis to update economic situation and Makro business performance for Food Retails and Food Service.
- To manage strategic project for Trade Insight and work planning organization.
- Provide advanced analytical approach to store level & data analysis to drive business develop and influence category recommendations regarding assortment, category adjacency, and product flow, broaden level of influence throughout the stores.
- Develop innovative merchandising strategies/tactics focused on driving profitable and growth of product category.
- Support for shopper research initiatives, and assume project management responsibilities for the research, including conducting, analyzing, and communicating results, as well as development of action-oriented recommendations.
- Review and analyze existing consumer/shopper research materials to identify new learning to address current business issues.
- Build the data modeling necessary to run analysis and generate insights with sales forecast.
- Identify opportunities and challenges. Prioritize and provide solutions to overcome the
challenge or maximize the opportunity for each categories.

Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or data
sciences other relevant courses. - At least 2-5 years experience in data analytic and has experience to work with Nielsen, GFK, Dunhumby, EYC reports for analysis Category performance would be advantage.
- 2-3 year experience with a major retailer or equivalent retail business/ industry experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced level strategic project and work planning organization.
- Demonstrated initiative to analyze and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive understanding of strategic thinking and ability to apply tactics
- Can work under pressure.
