รายละเอียดของงาน

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze client's business requirement for system
Identify the difference between system and client's requirement and provide the solution
Conduct POC (Proof of Concept)
Create and comply technical specification for bidding
Provide and conform SLA (Service Level Agreement) to customer
Solve technical issues and problems on timely manner
Escalate problems to vendors (Software bug, hardware problems, configuration, etc.)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male / Female at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Networking or related field
newly graduate are welcome
Interested in Security Network (Router, Switches, Firewall, Networking and Security products)
Able to travel to work upcountry
Pleasant, outgoing personality, positive attitude, reliable, good communication skills and systematic thinking
Good command of English skills
