Job Description

• Handle customer order in daily 
• Responsible for accurate timeline order entry & stock.
• Collaborate with internal and external customer, cross functional for the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Handle and monitors goods return, claims and complaints from customers
• Coordinate with cross functional team, logistics providers & customers to ensure orders are processed as per lead time.
• Handle urgent orders or requests and report.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1 – 3 years experience in Customer Service, Order Processing.
• Good Communication in English
• Excellent in Communication
• Good Positive Thinking with Solving Problem skill.
• Good computer literate in MS word, Excel, Power-point and SAP
