Importing Control

• Obtaining shipping documents , Purchase record , Customs clearance control and Prepare ICI to C/C

Delivery Control

• Instructing C/C to receive Mother Coil , Obtaining Coil-In Report from C/C ,Coordinate with sales, logistics, Shipping companies and C/C or warehouses

Receivable & Payable Control

• Settlement for payable payment , Inquiry for AP payment , Payment for customs clearance expense , Payment for processing charge to coil centers and Settlement for receivable collection

Legal and Regulations

• Corresponding TISI , JTEPA and other privileges or regulations

Compliances

• SOX , ISO , HCG & others

Others

• Claim settlement for Insurance reimbursement

• FOC shipment control

• Price Adjustment (DN,CN) for import makers

Performs other related duties as superior needed

·       Male/Female, age not over 30 years old

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, International Trade or related field *New Graduated also welcome

·       0-2 Years and up in Logistics field is advantage.

·       Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Working
