Job description

• Design server solutions and Handling server service delivery assignments.
• Plan and Design overall system architecture for enterprise application such as web servers, application server, database system, securities, backup/recovery, directory and network infrastructure
• Coordinate with developer or vendors (IBM, Dell, HP, Net App, EMC, Oracle, Microsoft etc.) for troubleshooting and tracking.
• To perform in design, planning, deploying, and monitoring all server component, security systems and related procedures.
• Maintain server service level and monitoring server equipment, connection and resolving incident.

• Configure and administer a defined technology/system (e.g., Hardware, Operating Systems) in support of on-going operations and projects.
• Analyzes and provide solution on computer applications and system for team, customers and end user; provides a wide range of in-depth technical assistance to user support staff.
• Provides solution to integrated hardware, system infrastructure, data back-up and recovery specifications.
• Manage incidents and requests for a defined technology environment.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Plan and Design enterprise system architecture supported Medical Integration solution.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology System or related fields.
• Knowledge in MS Windows Server , Unix , Storage , VMware, Oracle , MS SQL Server, Software Backup, Oracle Web logic, Oracle Web sphere, MS IIS, Report Tools, Firewall, Server Hardware ,etc.
• Oracle OCA or Oracle OCP or Microsoft MCSE certification would be an advantage.
• Understanding of basic TCP/IP principles and current LAN technology including use of system based network capture utilities
• Able to work on night and weekend by job duties.
• Good Teamwork and learning skill on new technology.
• Able to work under pressure with problem solving capabilities.
• Open and service minded, proactive with sense of urgency and self-motivated.
• Cooperate with other teams to achieve company's business goals.
