Responsibilities

• Provide senior level technical expertise for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Provide senior level technical expertise for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Provide leader of day-to-day  IT operations support.
• Provide leader of responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Provide leader of assist customers with information technology problems and answer their questions.
• Provide senior level technical expertise for diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Provide senior level technical expertise for Troubleshooting and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Provide senior level technical expertise for verify functionality of hardware and software components.
• Provide coaching and training more junior staff members.
• Provide leader of supporting the project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Provide leader for readiness of IT assets.
• Providing the incident management and support to progress the resolution of incidents to meet SLA targets.
• To ensure that all services and network systems are operating at optimum efficiency to maximize availability and reliability.
• Providing specialist advice and guidance to the IT service team ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered too.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology , Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, Business Computer or other related fields.
• 3 years of experience in IT management.
• Good human relations leadership Able to manage the responsibilities in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company.
• Experienced Implement new system.
• If there is experience, will consider it special.
• Good use of MS-Project, MS-Visio..
• Can drive both Manual and automatic transmission and must have a driver's license.
