Responsibilities:

• Team member of new supplier evaluation to support sourcing process.
• Conduct Process sign off (PSO), audit for new supplier/new product /new process / or any change required PSO audit to ensure their process conform to MTA requirements.
• Track and monitor supplier quality performance.
• Verify and validate corrective & preventive action with supplier to ensure its effectiveness including their on-time closing.
• Coordinates with engineering and production to clarify and resolve problems affecting purchased materials.
• Prepares in-coming inspection standard of purchased materials.
• Support any audit from customers and third parties in the part of supplier monitoring process.
• Conduct supplier PPAP audit and approval.
• Conduct periodically supplier audit as planned.

Qualifications:

• Age 24 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Science or other related Engineer fields.
• At least 2 year of experience in Supplier Control / Quality control / Quality assurance in automotive industry.
• Have knowledge in GD&T, IATF16949, Quality Management System.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure with a short deadline.
• Good command of English.
