 RESPONSIBILITIES :

Current Model (1 Position)

• Verify part qualification request for new model.
• Control and manage part qualification request exchange.
• Progress new model quality issue and improvement.
• Process improvement confirmation.

Claim on Current Model (1 Position)

• Responsible for customer claim issues and effectively coordinate with suppliers for countermeasure report (Corrective action and Preventive action), replacement parts as well as reimbursement.
• Monitor problem improvement from supplier and control 4M change as requirement.
• Support quality requirement to customer and manage supplier for quality document concerned.
• Make action plan for continuous improvement as well as supplier control, supplier audit and supplier evaluation.
• Support data and summary report to supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any in related field.
• Male / Female age between 25-32 years old.
• Experience in quality field in automotive industry will be advantage.
• Good knowledge in New model function, automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA), motorcycle manufacturing. (for New Model Position required)
• Good knowledge in motorcycle parts, manufacturing, Quality System and QC Tools for analysis. (for Current Model Position required)
• Good command in English (Communication and Presentation).
• Negotiation and a creative, self initiate and able to work under pressure.
• Able to travel for overseas trip.
