General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to the overall service sales target of the account including sales order, market goals, revenue and profit.
- Through deeply corporation with customer, identify customer pain points and requirements, find out specific service sales lead or opportunity.
- Drive realization of the integrated customized service solution, be responsible for the quality, competitiveness, deliverability and profitability of the solution.
- Organize & join project presales operation, discover risks and issues, put forward the project progress.
- Comply with sales process and ensure the success of project.
- Collective competitors service information, and initiate the study of them.
- Develop the service competition tactics.
- According to region service branding planning, be responsible for the execution and effect appraisal of account service branding activities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Candidate Requirement:
- At least 4 years’ ICT industry experience, basic knowledge about IP network, IT and UC.
- Took part in project delivery or project management, know service delivery operation and processes.
- Reading, Writing and speaking of English are fluent.
- Positive attitude and able to work under challenging assignments, good handle with pressure.
- Have good team work performance and can coach, support the team members
- Able to commutation with high or middle level customers.
- Customer presentation skills and negotiation skills.
