- Diagnoses software hardware and network problems.

- Install new hardware (server, printer, computer, network, etc)

- Provides technical training to employees

- Assists employeeswith IT related problems when called upon.

- Installs and configures new computers and other IT equipment.

- Repairs and upgrades different types of computer (software and hardware)

- Identifies problems and repairs printer and scanners.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

- At least  1 year of experience in IT, Network & computer related field.

- Good command of English speaking and writing
