Key responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end project management throughout the project life cycle from initial scoping phase, through planning, estimating & budgeting, scheduling, designing & developing full of implementations.
• Scope of digital projects with clients, understand their individual requirements and create accurate documentation, including brief creative design, functional specifications and site maps.
• Produce of appropriate documentations for supporting of digital projects, including project plans, risk logs, issue logs, requirement specifications, resourcing plans & profiles, budgeting and standard project communications.
• Manage and plan resources and raise issues (i.e. under / over resourcing, project slip, scope creep, etc).
• Write internal and external periodic project or client reports.
• Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality within agreed timings and costs whilst also manage clients expectations.
• Anticipate potential project’s problems and dependencies, and effectively suggest solutions or contingency plans.
• Capture time on projects, ensuring the correct time is being inputted by the team and being aware of budgets.
• Facilitate the definition and planning of functional specifications.
• Provide account management support in all new business activities and take an active role in part of proposal creating and writing of credentials and pitch meetings.

Qualifications:

• Education or background in related fields.
• At least 3 years of experienced and knowledgeable in the “process & planning” of project management, digital touch points such as social marketing, website, mobile app and etc.
• Positive thinker.
• Team player.
• Highly responsible.
• Comfortable in spoken and written Thai/ English.
