รายละเอียดของงาน
Job purposes:
- To manage overall IT project portfolio management to ensure and quality of deliverable projects as scope, timeline and budget
- Being point of internal customer's contact point and coordinate with relevant divisions in regards to initiatives and demand submitted to IT group in order to evaluate and prioritize project based on business objectives
- To develop and manage regular project portfolio management dashboard to report overall IT portfolio and project to senior management team
- To develop project management methodology, best practices, and standards
- To develop competency of PM, including organizing through training
- To manage productivity improvement by enhancing quality of software development and drive improvement of project management processes
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Qualifications
- More than 5 years experience in project management area
- Experience in PMO for multi-project management is a plus
- Experience in PMP or Prince 2 Standard Methodology is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in development of project competency, methodology, templates and tools at organizational level
- Strong knowledge in project performance management tools and techniques
- Skill in stakeholder analysis, proactive, accuracy and self-motivation
- Strong knowledge & skills in Project Management and Program Management especially in Resource Management & Project Management Applications
- Ability to consolidate project plan to identify dependencies
- Strong consulting, training & mentoring skills
- Ability to manage senior management expectation
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skill
