• Main is concerned with providing assistance to the sales and marketing team
• Collaboration with distributor on requesting for the FOC samples for sales rep monthly sample or product listing mainly in hospitals. This also includes deriving the corporate sales data, stocks from the IT system to management team, and do the In Market Thailand update and sales import requirement update after month end to be supported to the Managers
• To arrange the marketing expenses by collecting the occurring expenses to be approved by management. Further ensure monthly claims and marketing expenses are submitted to ZP on time, and coordinate with ZP finance department on any finance issues.
• Responsible for the corporate affairs such as monitoring properties, offices, IT system, as well as representing ZP with the landlord, and visitors
• Weekly record the customer data, sample used and poison book from sales representative and provide the data analyze to supervisors and managers
• Keep monthly recording and follow up sales ex-factory, importing data by product sku’s for management     
• Liaise with distribution & plant to get well control the inventory and shipment
• Prepare and coordinate correspondence and mailings
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
• 1-2 years' experience in sales operations management, sales and commercial support, or newly graduated with outstanding performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales administrative skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good English communication skills and computer literacy.
