Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team, including product owners and analysts (Work along with Project managers and UX/UI team to deliver the best digital solutions).
• Responsible for end-to-end launch of digital products starting from researching market environment, identifying business needs, refining product backlogs, planning product milestones, and collecting product feedback.
• Initiate and work collaboratively with stakeholders and the team to develop a product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain product journey efficiency and product measurement to ensure the performance of delivered products.

• At least 2 years of experience in product development, product owner, or any related fields (preferably including at least 1 year in a leadership role).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and good stakeholder management.
• Basic understanding of financial products.
