As a Digital Transformation Associate, the role you will play is as a Change Agent. You will be responsible for projects and initiatives that enable strategic innovations and business transformation within the company. You’ll be the one who always looks to push the boundaries, disrupting our way of working (technology-wise) and most of the time will have to look outside the box for a better way to do things. You’ll also work closely with the company's leadership roles to drive changes and make things happen. This role will suit individuals with a wide range of knowledge and curiosity. The ideal candidate should have an interest in technology and have a good sense of people as this job is quite demanding in people skills.

• Come up with ideas and solutions to any problem thrown your way.
• Carry out projects and initiatives from the start across the finish line. That includes pitching ideas, evaluating solutions and technology, planning and executing.
• Convince, negotiate and compromise whenever is necessary for the success of the change.
• The success and longevity of projects.
• Keep up with the latest tech and innovations.

• Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• New graduate preferred.
• Ability to use analytical tools (SQL, Power BI, Data studio, Excel) is a plus.
