At NTBX, UX Writer plays a vital role in enabling us to serve our users better by turning our software into practical products for them to use. To be successful in this role, you should have writing and editing skills to write user interface text that facilitates user navigation on various digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product analysts, UX, UI, and Stakeholders to complete the ultimate solution experience.
• Led company’s platform branding, consistency, and characteristics on digital platforms (Content and communication alignments).
• Drive vision for product language, symbols, communication methodology, and branding across a product domain, and ensure cohesive product narratives.
• Provide guidelines and principles for your responsible product.
• Understand product specifications, user psychology and consider both user needs and business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction on the role of UX writing and content strategy throughout the digital product development lifecycle.

• 1 to 2 years experience in UX Writer, Digital Content, Marketing, or Creative writing.
• Experience in user-focused product writing including both software, hardware, or any relevant product areas.
• Data-oriented.
• Handle feedback well in a collaborative and iterative environment.
• Familiar with Agile and UX design principles and tools (Sketch and Figma).
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (In both English and Thai).
