As part of the Information Technologies division, you will be responsible for IT support roles. Acting as a key point of contact for all IT and technical queries. You will be the key man in branch opening by setting up all related accessories i.e. PC, hardware and software installation, CCTV, Printer, and all related network setup.
You must have basic LAN, Wireless LAN troubleshooting knowledge. When our branches have IT problem issues you will be assigned to diagnose and troubleshoot fast by visiting on-site or remote support via remote desktop or call. Apart from that, in the head office, you will be assigned to manage all related IT Support tasks if required. Our company uses Microsoft Windows 10 and Google Business platform, so if you are familiar with it would be a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to take care of the PC (laptop and desktop), including the installation of settings and principle maintenance.
- Install the operating system and look after the software maintenance (Microsoft office and Prevention and Safety Program).
- Deal with major LAN, wireless LAN, and Internet (with ISP).
- Solve the common IT problems, mainly about the virus.
- Support remote desktop through remote call.
- Manage and maintain IT warehouse products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related fields.
- Have 0-2 years experience in IT Support or related field.
- Must know about the operating system (Eg. Microsoft Windows 10).
- Familiar with G Suite by Google and SAP Administration (FI, CO, MM, Success Factors) would be a plus.
- Know about networking, including LAN and WLAN, remote access technology.
- Good problem solving, organizational, communication skills, and service mind.
