Project management team develops processes and leads our tech team adhere to the methodology of agile software development, while encouraging growth through developing meaningful relationships and trust.

This position is expected to work with senior project managers, team manager, and scrum teams to complete project’s success from the beginning to its completion. You are considered to be the key person as you know every angle of the project seamlessly that you are responsible for.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and project timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively work with both internal and external.
• Uses recommended portfolio, tools and project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Manage project documentation, status tracking, and delivery of overall project
• Responsible to have all material, documents and any setup needed to achieve goals within timeline.
• Supporting, educating, and collaborating with the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (grooming) and managing the product backlog.
• Provide reports to have clear visibility project status, conduct a steering committee to update progress, identify risks, resolve issues and escalate to management as needed.

• At least 1 year experience or more years working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Project Coordinator (Software project is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM) – is a plus.
