• Operate CNC Milling, Grinding, Form EDM, Wire EDM, HSM Milling, CAD/CAM and CMM
• Responsible for all activities of Molding tool shop in house manufacturing processes tools repair, new spare parts making, Jigs & Fixture and modification
• Measurement for analysis and reliability inspection report
• Work with team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures
• Daily management according to the standard; 5S, TPM, LPC, ISO, CIP and Cost tracking
• Support Molding tool shop to ensure all tooling are produced efficiently on time and in line with the quality standard

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology, Tool & die or Mold injection

Languages:

• Good command of English
• Fluent in Thai

Experience and Knowledge:

• Have at least 3 year experience in Tool&Die, molding tools manufacturing process (Eager-to-learn new graduates are welcomed)
• Read & write mechanical drawing knowledge
• Experience in Tool&Die, molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing is an advantage
• Ability to operate Laser Welding, CNC milling, Wire cut is a plus

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Location: Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand.
