1. Work as part of a team to deliver appropriate solution to the business in terms of business and system analysis to meet project requirements.
2. Bridge the gap between business users and solution architects and IT Developers by conducting business analysis and research.
3. Work on medium to large complexity projects to meet project objectives on time and agreed quality standards.

1.Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Business, Finance or related fields
2.Relevant experience on insurance or other financial services is preferred
3. 2 – 5 years as an IT Business system Analyst, Project Management or IT Job-related.
4. Proven ability to undertake and manage medium size (3 -6 month projects) IT projects.
