• Gathered and analyze business requirements and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Assist and work directly with project manager to support overall project management.
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the IT backlog of products or any requirement.
• Coordinate project tasks and work closely with internal and external resources to execute against project tasks and maintain updated timelines and project documentation.
• Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing service, evaluating and negotiating initially on solution, budget, plan, and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion on Market product time.
• Schedule and support project meetings, clearly communicating agenda and next steps to all participants.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT related field.
• At least 3 Years of experience in role business analysis.
• Experience in the business of  Financial, Banking or Leasing.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in documentation of requirement such as Diagram, BR, SRS, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good command of both Thai and English.
