• An Recruiter who is able to work independently and efficiently.
• Perform as a partner in the provision of the most talented to a business unit.
• Use a recruitment strategy to create a channel of prospective candidates such as an employer's brand initiative project.
• Use a channel of providing/obtaining a recruitment opportunity to seek a candidate, job advertisement, internal database, reference, event & activity, and job searching.
• Operate a whole process of recruitment starting from searching, screening, arranging, interviewing, presenting, reference check, negotiating, and an orientation.
• Use the end-to-end employment process to ensure that a good experience is provided.
• Provide assistance to the special project belonging to the People Excellence team to obtain a good result.
• Run other project as assigned.

• Bachelor degree in psychology, business administration, HRM, IT, educational technology, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting, an obtaining of capability, recruiting, HR business partner.
• Good knowledge in HR.
• Good human and interpersonal skills, and punctuality.
• Capable of working independently and as a team. And also skillful in working under pressure, multitasking, and daily prioritization of tasks.
• Possess skills in creative thinking, proactive problem-solving, and quick-learning.
• Strongly believe in the saying "everything is possible".
• Always enjoy the digital life.
